Helping a major financial institution implement a new vault system

Background

Vaultex assisted with the implementation of a new vault management system for a UK financial institution.

The client was looking to upgrade its Vault management and forecasting system from SAP to Transtrack CWC software.

Given our unique understanding of both the software and cash centre operations, Vaultex Consulting Services was asked to advise during the transition and provide comprehensive training to enable a high level of competency in the management of the new software.

We implemented a four-phase strategy to evaluate the existing cash operation.

    We assessed current system functionality against new software capability to identify any additional development required prior to implementation.

    We assisted the software supplier in building developments to bridge system gaps.

    We designed a training strategy, provided materials and delivered new software workshops across the estate prior to going live. We also provided post-launch support.
